Q: That would mean you are expensive then? A: Afraid not, about the same as a self-build service like Wix or Squarespace – probably less then them though. We don’t outsource and don’t use AI.

My customers are mostly very long term customers indeed. The agenda is not “bums on seats”, as in, I don’t attempt to on-board as many customers as possible. The objective was always to service a small portfolio and to deliver a bespoke service giving our full attention to them.
