Hosted by me for the customer. They do a lot of the work as they wanted to learn WordPress but with me on hand to help out. They originally went to WordPress.com where the site would have cost over £200 but be a self build job. I charged the same but they then had me to setup things, look after hosting, help with coding and look after security.
